Sunset Beach
exterior cleaning.
Sunset Beach is a narrow strip along Pacific Coast Highway, with the ocean on one side and Huntington Harbour on the other. Salt reaches every wall, front and back. We clean it all in one visit, windows last.

Exterior cleaning in Sunset Beach
Between the sand and the Harbour
Sunset Beach was unincorporated county land until Huntington Beach annexed it in August 2011, and it still feels like its own place. Homes on South Pacific Avenue face the sand directly. North Pacific Avenue sits on the other side of the highway, close to Huntington Harbour. In between run Pacific Coast Highway and the Green Belt park, next to one of the widest beaches in Southern California.
That layout means wind-driven salt and sand hit the beach side while harbor moisture works on the back. Glass hazes over quickly, window tracks fill with sand, metal frames and fixtures pit if salt sits on them, and stucco on shaded walls grows mildew. Homes along the highway also pick up road grime on the street side. Most of it is cosmetic at first, but left long enough it gets much harder to remove.
Our approach here is frequency more than force. A gentle soft wash on stucco and painted siding, a surface cleaner on patios and walkways, purified water on solar, and windows done often enough that salt never bonds into a stubborn film. For beachfront glass that usually means every two to three months. We'll suggest a schedule once we've seen the house.
“Kyle and his team were friendly, polite, and detailed. They got my windows and screens sparkling inside and out!”
What we see in Sunset Beach
- 01
Sand in tracks and screens
Blowing sand packs into sliding door tracks and window screens. We pull the screens, number them, clean them flat, and clean the tracks before putting everything back in place.
- 02
Salt from both sides
Beachfront homes get ocean spray on the front and harbor moisture on the back. Every elevation needs washing, not just the wall that faces the sand.
- 03
Highway grime on the street side
Walls and windows along Pacific Coast Highway collect traffic film on top of salt. A pre-treatment loosens it so a soft wash can lift it without high pressure.

Is Sunset Beach part of Huntington Beach?
Yes. Sunset Beach was an unincorporated community until Huntington Beach annexed it in August 2011. It still uses its own 90742 ZIP code. For us it is one of the most salt-exposed stretches of coast we cover.
How often do beachfront windows need cleaning?
On South Pacific Avenue and other homes facing the sand, every two to three months keeps salt from building into a film. Harbor-side glass on North Pacific Avenue can usually go a little longer. A maintenance plan keeps you on schedule.
Do you clean screens and sliding door tracks?
Yes. Screen cleaning is its own service and is included with our maintenance plans. We remove each screen, number it, clean it flat, rinse it and reinstall it in the right spot, and we clean the tracks and sills while the screens are out.
