Full Exterior Cleaning
Top to bottom. Windows last, on purpose.
Salt air and marine layer don't pick one surface. They work on the roof, walls, glass and concrete at the same time. Clean only one, and the rest keep shedding onto it. A dirty roof drops grime onto freshly washed walls. Clogged gutters overflow down clean siding. Washed windows under a dirty roof won't stay clean. That's why a single-surface clean on the coast often doesn't last.
A full exterior visit fixes the order. We start at the roof and work down: roof, house, concrete, gutters, solar, then windows. Each step happens after everything above it is done, so nothing gets dirty twice. One crew, one visit and one conversation, instead of four vendors and four schedules. Screens can be added to the window step.

How we do it
The order of a full exterior
Why the order matters
Each surface gets its own method: soft wash on tile and stucco, a surface cleaner on concrete, hand work in the gutters, deionized water and soft brushes on solar and glass. The order is what makes it last. Roof runoff lands on walls before they are washed. Gutter flush water drains before the glass is touched. Windows come last, when nothing above them can drip.
- 01
Roof washing
Low-pressure soft wash on clay or concrete tile. Whatever comes off the roof lands on surfaces we haven't cleaned yet.
- 02
House washing
Soft wash for stucco, paint and siding, hand detailing on trim and eaves, with frames and sills included.
- 03
Concrete cleaning
Driveways, walkways and patios with a surface cleaner, rinsing away everything that came off the house.
- 04
Gutter cleaning
Hand scooped, blown out and flushed, with every downspout flow-tested and debris in your green waste bin.
- 05
Solar panel cleaning
Deionized water and soft brushes, done before the windows so runoff never reaches clean glass.
- 06
Window cleaning
Last, on purpose. Deionized water, water-fed poles for upper floors, and screens back on if you've added them.

FAQ
Full Exterior Cleaning: questions, answered.
Something else on your mind? Call or text (949) 371-6307.
Why is the roof always first?
Because everything on the roof comes down. Algae, debris and wash water run onto the walls, concrete and gutters below. Cleaning the roof first means all of that lands on surfaces we're about to clean anyway, not on ones we've finished.
Why are the windows last?
By the time we reach the windows, every surface above them has been cleaned and rinsed. Nothing is left to drip or blow back onto the glass, so it stays clean after we leave. Windows are always last, and that is intentional.
Do I have to book every service?
No. Pick the surfaces you need and we'll still do them in the right order. Many people start with a house wash and windows, then add the roof, gutters or solar when those are due.
Is bundling worth it?
Bundling is often more cost-effective than scheduling each service separately, and it saves you coordinating several companies. You get one crew, one visit and one quote for the whole exterior. Ask us to quote it both ways if you'd like to compare.
Will the cleaning solutions hurt my landscaping?
We pre-wet plants before any solution goes on, use diluted biodegradable solutions, and rinse the plants again when we finish. On a full exterior visit that happens at each stage, from the roof down to the concrete.
