How a pre-listing clean works
Top to bottom, timed to the photos
We clean in the same order as every full exterior: roof, house, concrete, gutters, solar, then windows, so nothing drips onto finished work. Each surface gets its own method: soft wash for tile and stucco, a surface cleaner for concrete, deionized water for glass. Tell us the photo date and the showing schedule, and we plan around them.

How far ahead of the listing should we book?
As soon as you have a photo date. That gives us room to schedule the clean ahead of the photographer and around any showings. If the timeline is tight, call or text (949) 371-6307 and we'll tell you what we can fit.
Can you work around showings?
Yes. Tell us when the property is being shown and when photos are scheduled, and we'll plan the clean around them so it's done before the camera arrives and out of the way of buyers.
Which services make the most difference in listing photos?
Usually the driveway, the house wash and the windows, since they fill the front of most exterior shots. A streaked roof or dirty panels also show from the street and in aerial photos. We'll tell you where the budget goes furthest.
Can the realtor book it instead of the owner?
Yes. Realtors can book for a client's property, and owners can book directly. We just need the address, access details and the dates to work around.
Do you clean inside windows too?
Yes. Windows can be cleaned inside and out, which helps the interior photos as much as the exterior ones. Screens can be cleaned on the same visit, so the light coming in looks as clean as the glass.
